Traffic Report for This Web Site
Until 31 May 2002, this site was hosted by the Web Server of the University of Michigan’s Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. Our volume of requests constituted some 11% of total server traffic—more than 6.5 million page requests per year.
After the relocation of our site, it took time for our users to find us again, but during the past year we recorded more than 14 million hits and 3.5 million successful page requests. Usage fluctuates with the American school year, falling off during the Christmas and summer vacation periods, as this graph illustrates:
